Founded and led by veteran restaurateur Randy Schoch, Desert Island Restaurants, LLC, is a management entity that oversees operations of five franchised Ruth’s Chris Steak House® and two Romano’s Macaroni Grill® restaurants located throughout the Hawaiian Islands, as well as the Thaifoon—Taste of AsiaSM and Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and GrillSM restaurants located throughout the western United States.
