    In January 2015, Mr. Stout became an executive of Desert Island Restaurants. Norman works closely with CEO Randy Schoch and the management team at Desert Island Restaurants on building the company through strategic implementation of growth initiatives and special projects. He has also been an integral part of the Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill brand, which has locations throughout the United States.

    Prior to joining Desert Island Restaurants, Norman served as an investment professional with a venture capital firm. He also held executive positions, including Chairman, CEO, President and Chief Strategy Officer with both public and private companies. He has led management teams with a focus on culture, the customer experience, strategic business growth and maximizing returns. He has served on the Board of Directors of Remy International, Mitel Networks, Hypercom, Inter-Tel and the Arizona Chapter of Young Presidents Organization. With his vast experience and strategic thinking Mr. Stout is a vital member of the Desert Island Restaurants team.”
